Refund & Return Policy

At StoryLane Jewellery, we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 15 business day return window for most items (excluding personalized products).


How to Return or Exchange an Item

Please follow the steps below to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@storyLanejewellery.com or jewellerystorylane@gmail.com.

  2. Include Your Details: Provide your order number and the email address used for your purchase.

  3. Reason for Return: Let us know why you're returning or exchanging the item. If it’s due to a quality issue or an incorrect item received, please attach a clear photo.

  4. Get Return Instructions: Our customer service team will share the appropriate return address.

  5. Package Your Return: Pack the item securely—ideally in its original packaging or a padded mailer/small box.

  6. Share the Tracking Info: Once shipped, please send us the logistics tracking number for follow-up.


Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Returns must be shipped within 15 business days of receiving your order.


Processing Time & Refunds

  • Please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be received, inspected, and processed.

  • Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.


Return Shipping Fee

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect due to our error.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, you will not be responsible for return shipping. Please contact us with a photo and your order details so we can make it right.


Missing or Late Refunds

Haven’t received your refund yet? Here’s what to do:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Still no refund? Email us at support@storyLanejewellery.com, and we’ll be happy to help.
